Personal
Eric is a long time Resident and Homeowner in the Western Suburbs. He attended High School at Lake Park High School in Roselle, IL. During his High School years he excelled in Football and Track & Field, as a Varsity Letterman from his Sophmore to Senior Year in both sports. Eric then went on to Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL, where he again was a 3 year Letterman in Track & Field, while concentrating on studying and receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Education, Majoring in Physical Education and Minoring in History. After College he was a Physical Education Teacher from 1993-2001 - as well as owning and running a Sales & Marketing Company in his spare time. His high energy and motivated approach to life is what has helped him succeed. He received his Real Estate Sales License in 2002. He presently has over 12 years of Sales and Marketing experience. In 2004 he was the #1 Realtor at Realty Executives Premiere, helping over 58 families move that year alone. Eric uses cutting edge technology to stay on top of his marketing and to expedite the sale of his sellers' homes. He is known for his ability to match buyers with the perfect home for their needs.
